Live in weeks.
Not three to twelve months.
A fast, structured implementation in your own dedicated PeopleCoral environment. Because going live should take weeks—not months.
The longest part of an implementation is rarely our work. It is getting the data right.
Because PeopleCoral is single-tenant, we build your environment while you prepare your data — two tracks running in parallel from day one. Our development team stands up your dedicated server and codebase; your team gathers employee and payroll data in the standard format we specify at the very start.
This is why we can commit to four to six weeks for the full process. The variable is almost never on our side: it is how quickly the data arrives, and how clean it is when it does. We tell you exactly what we need on day one — so nothing waits on discovery later.
One thing we do expect: a dedicated project manager on your side. Experience is unambiguous here — implementations without a single accountable owner at the customer take longer. One person who owns data delivery, decisions and internal coordination keeps six weeks at six weeks.
Nothing goes live without HR approval
Before your organisation sees anything, HR reviews the complete setup — requirements, configuration and data — in a safe, non-live environment. Go-live happens when HR says it does. Not before.
Eleven steps.
Four phases.
Every implementation follows the same structured sequence. What varies is your data, your requirements and your history — never the discipline of the process.

Live — and improving
What we do.
What we ask of you.
An implementation succeeds when both sides know exactly what is theirs. Here is the honest division of work.
What we deliver
- Your dedicated single-tenant server, codebase and configuration
- Custom code where your requirements go beyond configuration
- Data upload, verification and historical years per contract
- A safe validation environment for HR review
- Go-live execution, prepared communications, and a parallel run where required
- Continuous improvement for the contracted period after go-live
- Implementation consultants to support your roll-out — optional, as part of your contract
What you prepare
- A dedicated project manager — one accountable owner on your side. Without one, implementations demonstrably take longer
- Employee and payroll data, delivered in the standard format we specify on day one
- Your requirements — workflows, approvals, schemes, branding, language
- HR availability for the controlled review before go-live
- The internal roll-out, led by HR with our support — adoption is won inside your organisation, not from outside it
- Decisions on historical data scope and any parallel run
- Agreement up front on any vendor integrations, so the open API page is in place
In our experience, the single biggest timeline factor is data delivered late or in the wrong format. That is why step one of every implementation is making the format unmistakably clear.
Implementation,
answered plainly.
How long does a PeopleCoral implementation take?
Four to six weeks for the full process, from data requirements briefing to organisation-wide go-live. The main variable is how quickly your data is delivered in the standard format — our build and configuration work runs in parallel and is rarely the bottleneck.
Can we run in parallel with our current payroll provider?
Yes. Where your situation calls for it, we run alongside your previous payroll provider for a couple of months, comparing results run by run before you fully switch over. We advise honestly on whether a parallel run adds value in your case.
Can historical payroll years be migrated?
Yes. Depending on your requirements and the historical data agreed in your contract, we load prior years into your environment so year-to-date figures and historical reporting are available from day one.
What happens after go-live?
We follow a continuous improvement process for the duration written in your contract. Real-world use always reveals situations no requirements list captures up front — during this period, we adjust the software to how your organisation actually works.
What do you need from us to stay within 4–6 weeks?
Two things above all: data delivered in the standard format we specify on day one, and a dedicated project manager on your side. One accountable owner for data delivery, decisions and internal coordination is what keeps the timeline on track — in our experience, implementations without one take longer.
Who handles the internal roll-out and adoption?
We prepare the go-live communications together with you, but the internal roll-out is led by your HR team with our support — acceptance is won inside your organisation. If you want additional hands-on help, our implementation consultants can support the roll-out as part of your contract.
Do you build integrations with other vendors?
Where contractually agreed up front, yes — though in practice most vendor integrations are built on the other vendor's side. For agreed integrations, we provide an open API page so your business systems connect via standard APIs while your HR data stays unified in one environment.
