  • Support & Communication Records – Retained as long as necessary to resolve inquiries and ensure service quality.

3. Data Deletion & Anonymization

Once the retention period expires, we securely delete or anonymize data unless legally required to retain it. Upon request, we offer data deletion for customers in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

4. Customer Control & Compliance

Customers can request data export or deletion through their PeopleCoral account or by contacting support@peoplecoral.com. We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant data protection regulations.
